The COSRX AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid is a gentle exfoliant with 7% glycolic acid, an AHA. It effectively removes dirt and dead skin cells, smoothing the skin and refining its texture. AHAs work on the skin's surface and act as humectants, meaning they attract and retain moisture. This makes the product ideal for people with dry, sensitive, or damaged skin.
Glycolic Acid: The most thoroughly researched AHA exfoliant. It gently removes dead skin cells, leaving skin smooth and radiant. It also supports natural collagen production and reduces hyperpigmentation.
Panthenol: A provitamin with moisturizing and hydrating properties, it also has anti-inflammatory and protective properties. It is effective against irritation.
Niacinamide: Effective against skin aging and reducing the appearance of fine lines. It stimulates ceramide production and helps fade hyperpigmentation.
Apply an appropriate amount to your skin in the evening with a cotton pad. Focus especially on stressed areas (such as the T-zone and chin). AHAs make your skin extra sensitive to the sun. Apply sunscreen the next morning when going outside. Start by using it once a week, and once your skin has adjusted to the AHA, you can increase your use to 2-3 times a week. It is not recommended to combine this product with other AHA/BHA/Vitamin C/Retinol products.

For optimal results, it is recommended to use COSRX chemical exfoliators with a cotton pad. By combining both physical and chemical exfoliation, your skin will receive maximum benefit. Be sure to gently wipe your face with the cotton pad. Please note that the product may cause temporary skin irritation at first. Start by using the product once a week and increase the frequency to 2-3 times a week once your skin adjusts. On the days you use the AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid, avoid using other exfoliating products with high AHA, BHA, retinol, or vitamin C content. Although the product does not contain artificial fragrances, it may have a slight odor due to its unique ingredients.
