What is the water-based cleaning agent?

How do you use a water-based cleaner?
Moisten your face with lukewarm water. Apply a small amount of cleanser to your fingertips or a cleansing brush. Gently massage the cleanser into your face in circular motions for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, paying particular attention to areas with more blemishes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, ensuring all cleanser residue is removed. Pat your face dry with a clean towel (avoid rubbing).
