D-Panthenol
D-Panthenol is used to treat burns. When panthenol penetrates the skin, it converts into vitamin B5, which helps retain moisture, hydrate, soften, relieve inflammation, and reduce itching. Because of this, it was used as a treatment for burns at the time of its discovery, and it exhibits excellent moisturizing properties.
